The Zendex ZXE-ST586/104P is a richly-featured single board computer in the popular PC/104+ format. This is a complete system including on-board memory, and is fully functional without the need for additional components.
The ZXE-ST586/104P with 4MB on-board flash and 64MB SDRAM allows the device to boot up right out of the box. This makes it an ideal replacement for similar boards using the increasingly difficult-to-find ZF Micro ZFx86 processor.
All standard components are soldered down, allowing the device to withstand shock and vibration in rugged environments.
For applications with very large memory needs, the SODIMM socket provides for a total of 128MB of memory.
The Zendex single board computer will operate under DOS, Windows or Linux. It is ideal for space-limited applications and challenging commercial or industrial environments with nearly unrestricted memory and I/O capabilities.
